Sara specializes in all aspects of schedule management including baseline development, maintenance, delay/acceleration analysis, risk analysis, and training. She has developed and maintained schedules on heavy civil projects ranging in size from $5 to $200 million. She can provide oversight of the contractor’s schedules, reviewing to assure contractual requirements are being met, along with analysis of logic ties, durations, completeness of scope, and narrative reviews
Sara’s began her career working for a large heavy-civil contractor as a field engineer for a major concrete paving operation. Her responsibilities included: material tracking, cost analysis, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling. Over the course of her career, Sara has worked as a project scheduler, survey manager, project engineer, estimator, district survey manager, schedule trainer, and District Contract Administration manager. As the Contract Administration Manager she developed a program for recognizing, tracking, preparing, and negotiating change orders. The experience Sara gained in the contract administration manager role has given her the aptitude to review baseline schedules, schedule updates, time extensions, change order requests, and claims for owners with competence and efficiency
