Stanton Constructability Services, LLC has partnered with project owners for over 10 years, providing Independent Cost Estimating (ICE) services to departments of transportation, transit agencies, local agencies, and engineering firms. Stanton works solely with owners and owner’s representatives and does not perform estimating functions for contractors or non-owner entities. Stanton believes that by focusing on owners and owner’s representatives, we ensure and maintain fairness and independence, as well as eliminate any potential conflict of interest on various projects.  Maintaining a truly independent point of view is a critical part of our business philosophy and plan.

Stanton’s cost estimates are prepared using the same methods used by general contractors. Our direct knowledge of construction operations and understanding of how construction costs are developed, allows us to prepare estimates comparable and compatible to contractor’s estimates. We have leveraged our construction experience in order to give owners a stronger position when negotiating GMP pricing, contracts, and change orders. This methodology is also used in the early stages of project development to review and assess risks, establish early project budgets, and establish realistic schedules.
